“I wanna be a cowboy, and you can be my cowgirl…” Sorry, everytime I think of cowboy boots, I think of this song! I feel like every girl should own at least one pair of cowboy boots. Cowboy boots are just timeless; they never seem to go out of style. I bought these on a Nordstrom anniversary sale a few years ago and I love them. They have awesome silver and bronze studs that go with everything. They’re a fun change from regular boots.

I’m also wearing my favorite brand of jeans – True Religion. Since I don’t have much “junk in the trunk”, I love a jean with a button flap.  I picked these up at the True Religion outlet in Vegas. It’s funny, my husband knows how much True Religion jeans cost and he hates to see me spend that much on a pair of jeans. But I have to say, and he’d confirm it, every single time I’m wearing them, he comments on how good they look on me. I just tell him “See, they’re worth it!”. To which I usually I get an eye roll, but they are!!!

I picked up this shearling jacket at T.J.’s last year. It’s a great time of year to shop for jackets on the cheap. Here’re a few Shearlings (faux and real) that I’m liking:

Amelia says you need to have a cowgirl hat as well to round out the outfit (and a horse) ;)
