Seriously, it’s the first full week of May, and you’d think it was the end of March. It’s been so disgustingly cold, dark and gloomy that it’s starting to feel like Seattle. I’ve been looking around when I’ve been out and about and everyone’s still in their heavy, dark winter wear. With that in mind, I thought I’d take the liberty to post another winter to spring transitional look. I especially like to layer on these cool spring days. It can feel super cold and cloudy and then all of sudden the sun will peak out and warm things up. When that happens, I just loose the jacket and scarf. And when the temp hits 65-70, I’ll substitute the booties for open-toe sandals to really lighten things up. I’m hearing there are 80’s on the horizon here in Chicago…Could summer actually be around the corner? We can only hope! I don’t know about you, but I’m sick of freezing!!!! Have a great hump day!

I’m sorry your weather is still so crummy! At least you look great in your cool-weather clothes!

Thanks for the sympathy. I really would rather be living in CA or FL!!!
